RoofSort ("we", "us") operates roofsort.com and the RoofSort territory intelligence platform. This page describes what information we collect from visitors to this website and how we use it.

Information you give us

When you submit the demo request form, we collect your name, email address, and the Florida county you're interested in. We use this information solely to respond to your request and discuss RoofSort with you. Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, which delivers them to us by email.

Site analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this website: which pages are viewed, which sections are read, and whether a form is completed. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes your IP address and device information under Google's privacy policy; we do not use it to identify you personally. If you arrived from an advertisement, we keep the campaign tags from that link for the length of your visit so we know which ads work. You can block analytics with a browser extension or by disabling cookies.

Storm Alert text messages

When you register for Storm Alerts at roofsort.com/storm-alerts, we collect your company name, your name, your mobile number, your email address, the Florida counties you follow, the hail and wind thresholds you choose, and, if you give it, your Florida roofing license number. We also record the exact consent statement you agreed to, the time you agreed, your IP address, and your browser identifier, so we can prove you opted in.

We use this information only to send you the storm alert texts you asked for and to contact you about the Storm Alert program. Your mobile number and text message opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We use a text messaging provider to deliver messages, and a form delivery service (Web3Forms) to notify us of new registrations; both act on our instructions only.

You can stop alerts at any time by replying STOP to any message. To have your registration deleted entirely, email robc@roofsort.com. We keep the consent record for as long as required to show that alerts you received were authorized.

Information we don't collect

This website does not use advertising trackers or sell visitor data to third parties. Standard web server logs (IP address, pages requested) are retained by our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) for security and operations.

Property data

The RoofSort platform is built from public records — building permits, county property rolls, and government weather data. It does not contain consumer credit information and is not a consumer reporting agency.

Your choices

To have your contact information removed from our records, email robc@roofsort.com and we'll delete it.
