RoofSort ("we", "us") operates roofsort.com and the RoofSort territory intelligence platform. This page describes what information we collect from visitors to this website and how we use it.

Information you give us

When you submit the demo request form, we collect your name, email address, and the Florida county you're interested in. We use this information solely to respond to your request and discuss RoofSort with you. Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, which delivers them to us by email.

Information we don't collect

This website does not use advertising trackers or sell visitor data to third parties. Standard web server logs (IP address, pages requested) are retained by our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) for security and operations.

Property data

The RoofSort platform is built from public records — building permits, county property rolls, and government weather data. It does not contain consumer credit information and is not a consumer reporting agency.

Your choices

To have your contact information removed from our records, email robc@roofsort.com and we'll delete it.
