• Name, email address, and Florida county preference when you submit our demo request form

• Account information when you register as a RoofSort subscriber (name, email, company name, assigned county)

• Pages visited, time spent, and referring URL
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies for site functionality

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your demo request and schedule a territory demonstration
• To provide and maintain your RoofSort subscription and territory data

Data Sources

RoofSort aggregates publicly available data to build territory intelligence, including:

• County property appraiser records (tax rolls, property characteristics)
• Building permit data from Florida county offices
• Weather and storm data from public sources (NOAA, NWS)
• Geographic and parcel data from public GIS systems

All property data used in RoofSort is sourced from publicly available government records. We do not purchase consumer data from third-party data brokers.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: Trusted third parties that help us operate our platform (hosting, email delivery, form processing)

Territory Exclusivity and Data Protection

RoofSort operates on a one-contractor-per-county model. Your territory data, ranked inventory, and usage patterns are never shared with competing contractors. Each subscriber's territory intelligence is exclusive to their account for the full contract term.

Data Security
